| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřená na finanční analýzu dvou bankovních institucí, České spořitelny, a.s. a Československé obchodní banky, a.s. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V první části je uvedena definice finanční analýzy a uživatelů. Zahrnuje charakteristiku banky a její specifika. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé ukazatele potřebné k hodnocení finanční situace podniku. Praktická část obsahuje aplikaci metod finanční analýzy na obě společnosti, Finanční analýza je zpracována za pět účetních období 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 a 2012. Zahrnuje dílčí závěry u každého ukazatele a zároveň jejich komparaci. | cs |

The Thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The first part contains definition of financial analysis and its users, characteristic of bank and its differences and specifics. Then there are also analyzed indicators necessary to evaluation of the financial situation. The practical part concerns the aplications of the methods of a financial analysis on both of companies. The financial analysis is made for the five fiscal periods 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. There are particular conclusions for each indicator and its comparison. | en |
