dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se primárně věnuje vybraným účetním a daňovým specifikům konkrétní příspěvkové organizace, dále hodnotí její hospodaření a uvádí návrhy na zlepšení doplňkové činnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny poznatky vztahující se k problematice příspěvkových organizací v kontextu jejich právní úpravy - od jejich vymezení, přes účetní legislativu až po uvedení daňové problematiky. Praktická část práce analyzuje situaci vybrané příspěvkové organizace z pohledu účetnictví a daní. Následuje analýza hospodaření a demonstrace vybraných účetních a daňových specifik se zaměřením na oblast dlouhodobého majetku, transferů, fondů a daně z přidané hodnoty. Poslední část práce je věnována vedlejší činnosti, konkrétně uvádí návrhy na její zlepšení s předpokladem dosažení lepšího výsledku hospodaření. V kontextu těchto návrhů je vytvořen předpokládaný výkaz zisku a ztráty. Závěrem jsou všechny zjištěné poznatky shrnuty.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis primary focuses on the tax and accounting specifics of the selected funded organization. It also evaluates efficiency in its management and presents suggestions for improvement of its complementary activity. Theoretical part of the thesis includes knowledge related to the issue of funded organizations in the context of their legal regulation. This part includes definitions and specification of related accounting and tax legislation. Practical part of the thesis analyzes situation of the selected funded organization in terms of accounting and taxes. This is followed by economic analysis and demonstration of selected accounting and tax specifics. Emphazis is given to the area of fixed assets, transfers, funds and value added tax. The last part of the thesis is dedicated to the complementary activity. It presents proposals for its improvement with the intention to ensure better economic result. In the context of these proposals, expected (forecasted) profit and loss statement is compiled. In conclusion, all the findings are summarized.	en
