Abstract
Studie je zaměřena na aplikaci iliosakrálních šroubů (ISS) při fixaci nestabilních vertikálních unilaterálních kominutivních zlomenin kosti křížové a vyhodnocení vlivu délky závitu těchto šroubů na stabilitu dané fixace. Celkem je otestováno 24 různých kombinací fixací na syntetickém modelu pánve. Získaná data vykazují významné rozdíly mezi sledovanými fixačními technikami, přičemž celozávitové ISS dosahují nejvyšších hodnot tuhosti fixované pánve.
The study focuses on the fixation of unstable vertical unilateral comminuted sacral fractures by iliosacral screws (ISS) and addresses the effect of the thread length of these screws on the stability of the given fixation. A total of 24 different fixation combinations are tested on a synthetic pelvic model. The obtained data show significant differences between the studied fixation techniques, with fully threaded ISS achieving the highest values of stiffness of the fixed pelvis.
