dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na efektivně probíhající nákup, prodej a kooperaci ve vybraném podniku, ve společnosti AYLA s. r. o. Tato společnost vede prodejnu Dr. Adler, kde se prodávají lázeňské oplatky, bylinný sirupy a bylinný likér. První část obsahuje základní informace o společnosti. V další části je na základě odborné literatury charakterizován nákup, prodej a kooperace. Následně jsou tyto procesy analyzovány ve vybrané společnosti. V poslední části je provedena SWOT analýza a návrhy na zlepšení chodu společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis is focused on the effective purchase, sale, and cooperation in the company AYLA s. r. o. This company operates the Dr. Adler store where spa wafers, herbal syrups, and herbal liqueurs are sold. The first part contains basic information about the researched company, economic development and current situation in this company. In the second part of the work based on literature is characterized purchasing, selling and cooperation between the companies. Subsequently are these processes analyzed in the researched the company. In the last part of the thesis are shown SWOT analysis and suggestions for improving the company's performance.en
