| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pandemie koronaviru a jejím dopadem na konkrétní podnik. Cílem práce je zjistit a popsat průběh a dále uvést následek pandemie v pohostinství. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretických kapitolách je podrobněji popsán průběh pandemie, jednotlivých vládních opatření a také finanční pomoc od státu. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky porovnány se skutečností a popsány na konkrétním podniku. Praktická část obsahuje také údaje, ze kterých jsou poté vyvozena jednotlivá doporučení. Výsledkem práce jsou doporučení, která lze uplatnit pro udržení či zlepšení chodu podniku během pandemie. | cs |

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify and describe the course and further indicate the consequences of the pandemic in the hospitality industry. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical chapters describe in more detail the course of the pandemic, individual government measures and state financial assistance. In the practical part, theoretical findings are compared with reality and described on the specific business. The practical part also contains data from which the individual recommendations are derived. The result of the bachelor thesis is a recommendation that can be applied to maintain or improve the functioning of the business during a pandemic. | en |
