dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice brownfields a způsobech jejich regenerace a revitalizace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obecně pojednává o browfields, jejich možné kategorizaci, variantách, jak problematiku brownfields vyřešit, jaké negativní externality brownfields přinášejí atd. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní brownfield ve městě Kaznějov. Brownfield je v této části popsán a je shrnuta jeho historie. V poslední části práce navrhuji možné budoucí využití brownfieldu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with problems of brownfields and their regeneration and revitalization. The thesis is divided into two parts a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes possible categorizations of brownfields, variants of how to deal with this problem, how to finance the regeneretion of brownfields and what negative externalities brownfields bring with them. In the practical part I focused on one specific brownfield in the town of Kaznějov. I wanted to describe its basic properties, its history, and how the area became a brownfield. Finally, I wanted to find out how to regenerate the area, and what future use of the site would be the most ideal.en
