dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o právním odvětví, které upravuje hazardní hry a jejich provozování. V diplomové práci je rozebrán historický vývoj herního práva v českých zemích. Část práce obsahuje soukromoprávní úpravu odvážných smluv o sázce, jejímu vývoji a srovnání s historickou právní úpravou. Hlavní kapitolou práce je analýza jednotlivých druhů hazardních her upravených v zákoně o loteriích a jejich právní úprava z pohledu de lege ferenda. Na závěr je zařazena úprava hazardních her v oblasti trestního práva.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Diploma thesis discusses about the special kind of law which regulates gambling and his execute. The Diploma thesis analyze the historical development of the gambling law in the Czech countries. Part of the thesis contains civil law regulation about aleatory contracts their historical development and their comparison. The main chapter analyze various types of gambling from the Act of Lotteries and the other similar games and compare them with a view to de lege ferenda. In conclusion is commisioned adjustment of gambling in criminal law.en
