dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce pojednává o strategickém řízení konkrétní společnosti. Pro tyto účely byla zvolena firma K Oil křeček s.r.o. zabývající se prodejem a poskytováním služeb v oblasti pohonných hmot a topného oleje. Po představení podniku následuje sestavení obrazu budoucnosti podniku pro období 2014-2016 na základě pravidel strategického managementu. Práce se tedy zabývá stanovením poslání firmy, vize a cílů. Dále následuje výběr strategie pro dosažení cílů a analýza prostředí. Rozhodující částí je finanční plán podniku, na který navazuje analýza rizik. Průběh působení rizik je vyobrazen ve strategických scénářích. V poslední části diplomové práce je provedena analýza výkonnosti zvolené varianty plánu a jsou navrženy ukazatele pro firmu za účelem provádění strategického controllingu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis features the strategic management of a particular organization. For the purpose company K Oil křeček s.r.o. was chosen, which makes a business in selling and provision services in the fuels and fuel oil. After the introduction of organization, a representation of firm´s future for period 2014-2016 on the basis of the strategic management is made. The thesis deals with mission statement, vision and firm´s goals. The following part deals with the selection of strategy for the goal achievement, and internal and external analysis. The financial plan, followed by the analysis of risks is the key part of this thesis. The risks effects are described in strategic scenarios. In the last part the analysis of performance the final variant of the plan is made and there is the proposal of company indicators for strategic controlling.en
