dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je "Optimalizace logistických činností ve vybraném podniku". Pro účely bakalářské práce byl zvolen podnik Autodoprava Půta, který se zaměřuje na mezinárodní přepravu zboží a na rozvoz ovoce a zeleniny v Plzeňském a Karlovarském kraji. Teoretická část pojednává o jednotlivých logistických činnostech. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristiku podniku, dále je specifikován současný stav podniku. Dále jsou zde navrhnuta doporučení, jak by firma měla optimalizovat své procesy k co nejlepšímu možnému stavu. Tyto návrhy se týkaly zkrácení doby splatnosti faktur, zavedení softwaru SAP pro práci s objednávkami, pronájmu menšího skladu a zrušení radiové propagace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the bachelor thesis is "Optimization of logistics activities in a selected company". For the purposes of the bachelor's thesis, the company Autodoprava Půta was chosen, which focuses on the international transport of goods and the distribution of fruit and vegetables in the Pilsen and Karlovy Vary regions. The theoretical part deals with individual logistics activities. The practical part describes the characteristics of the company, then specifies the current state of the company. Furthermore, there are suggested recommendations on how the company should optimize its processes to the best possible state. These proposals concerned reducing the maturity of invoices, introducing SAP software for working with orders, renting a smaller warehouse and canceling radio advertising.en
