| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce je zaměřena na analýzu možností financování vlastního bydlení a zhodnocení jejich výhodnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá historickým vývojem, podstatou a principem zejména hypotečního úvěru a stavebního spoření. Z menší části jsou také popsány a zhodnoceny ostatní možnosti financování vlastního bydlení. Praktická část se zabývá porovnáním možností financování bydlení na modelových příkladech a výběrem nejvhodnější varianty. | cs |
