| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami hodnocení výhodnosti investic. V rámci této práce jsou popsány i vlivy, které významně ovlivňují výsledky vyhodnocení, což je způsob financování investice a zvolená úroková míra. Dále se práce věnuje investiční kontrole a rozdíly mezi plánovanými a skutečnými hodnotami. V první části práce je definován teoretický rámec tématu a v praktické části jsou vybrané metody hodnocení investic použity na konkrétních příkladech z podnikové praxe. | cs |

Within this dissertation the influences have also been described that influence results of evaluation significantly, which is the way of investment financing and a chosen interest rate. Furthermore, the dissertation is devoted to investment checking and differences between planned and real values. In the first part of the dissertation a theoretical topic framework is defined and the selected rating methods of investment ratings are applied to particular company practice examples in the practical one. | en |
