dc.description.abstractPředmětem práce je komplexní výklad problematiky ochrany svědků. Její autor se v ní nejprve zabývá důvody, proč by měla být ochrana svědka v právním řádu upravena, načež navazuje historií české úpravy ochrany. V návaznosti autor stručně popisuje její jednotlivé formy, se zvláštním zaměřením na ochranu zvláštní, kterou posléze porovnává s obdobnou úpravou zahraniční. Krátce je v práci také zmíněna problematika rozporu ochrany svědků s procesními právy obviněného a některé zajímavé judikáty vztahující se k ní. V závěru práce se autor pokouší využít získané poznatky k formulování několika návrhů de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this thesis is a complex evaluation of the topic of witness protection. Its author first discusses the reasons why should the witness protection be regulated, then continues with the history of the Czech legislation. Following that the author concisely describes its particular forms with emphasis on the special protection which he compares to similar foreign legislation. The thesis briefly mentions the topic of a conflict between the witness protection and procedural rights of the defendant and presents some interesting court decisions related to it. In the conclusion the author strives to use the gained knowledge to formulate several proposals de lege ferenda.en
