| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresovou zátěží pracovníků integrovaného záchranného systému, konkrétně zdravotnických záchranářů. V práci jsou objasněny základní termíny z oblasti stresu. Charakterizován je také integrovaný záchranný systém, přičemž zvýšená pozornost je věnována zdravotnické záchranné službě. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření u vzorku zdravotnických záchranářů. Výsledkem výzkumu je zmapování stresové zátěže, která na zdravotnické záchranáře působí. | cs |
