dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o ekonomických dopadech na firmu M&M finance company s.r.o.. Po teoretické analýze marketingové komunikace firmy bylo rozebráno téma práce. Hlavní výzkum zkoumal tříleté období negativních externích vlivů, které působilo na klienty, manažery, produkty i budoucí nábor nových uchazečů. V analytické části byla navrhnuta řešení pro současný problém, který vedení firmy vidí jako svou slabinu. Závěrem je návrh tohoto řešení sloužilo porovnání s konkurenčními firmami, jejichž zaměření na nábor je úspěšnější než v případě firmy M&M finance company s.r.o..cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the economic impact on the company M&M finance company s.r.o. After the theoretical analysis of the marketing communication of the company, the topic of the thesis was discussed. The main research examined a three-year period of negative external influences that affected clients, managers, products and future recruitment. In the analytical part, solutions were proposed for the current problem that the management of the firm saw as its weakness. Finally, the design of this solution was used to compare with competitor firms whose focus on recruitment is more successful than in the case of M&M finance company Ltd.en
