dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem hospodaření a financování města Chebu. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou obce, jejích funkcí a orgánů. Dále je popsán rozpočtový proces, rozpočtová skladba a struktura obecního rozpočtu. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, ve které je provedena analýza hospodaření města Chebu. Ke zpracování praktické části byly použity účetní a rozpočtové výkazy za období 2007-2013 spolu s interními materiály města Chebu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit skutečné rozpočtové hospodaření města Chebu a následné porovnání ukazatelů hospodaření s vybranými města (v letech 2007-2013), Na závěr jsou uvedena doporučení a návrhy řešení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Thesis deals with the analysis of managing and financing of the municipality of Cheb. The theoretical part is generally engage in characteristics of the municipality, its functions and authorities. Than, the budgeting process, budget composition and the structure of the municipality´s budget are described. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, which to give an analysis of the economy of Cheb. For the practical part have been used financial statements and budgetary statements in period 2007-2013 together with the internal materials of Cheb. The aim of the thesis is to assessment gudgetary management of Cheb and comparison of selected some economic indicators with other municipalities (in years 2007-2013. In the end the result shows the recommendations and suggestions possible improvements.en
