Ústní komunikace mezi advokátem a klientem spadá do pojmu „soukromý život“ a je „civilním“ právem ve smyslu Úmluvy.
Oral communication between lawyer and client falls within the concept of "private life" and is a "civil" right within the meaning of the Convention.
