Abstract
Článek se věnuje náhradnímu mateřství v ČR. Nejprve popisuje aktuální stav úpravy. Dále představuje jednu z aktuálních legislativních iniciativ směřujících k zákazu a kriminalizaci náhradího mateřství. Tuto novelu následně analyzuje a dochází k závěru, že není vhodná.
The article is dedicated to surrogacy in the Czech Republic. Firstly, it describes current legal regulation of surrogacy. Secondly, it introduces one of current legal initiatives that wouldban and criminalise surrogacy alltogether. This draft bill is them further analysed and it is concluded that the draft bill is not an ideal solution.
