dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace žáků na střední škole. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy, rozděluje motivaci na uvědomovanou a neuvědomovanou, primární a sekundární. Pro nás byla důležitá sekundární motivace, která úzce souvisí s motivací k učení a školním prostředím. Popsali jsme teorie motivace a určili si vnitřní a vnější motivy, dynamiku a zákony motivace. Empirická část zahrnuje výzkum, který byl uskutečněn pomocí dotazníku. Zkoumali jsme postoje a názory žáků, které sloužily jako podklady pro zpracování a vyhodnocení hypotéz.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is concerned on the motivation of high school students. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the basic concepts, which divides motivation to conscious and unconscious, to primary and secondary. The secondary motivation is important for us and is narrowly related with motivation for learning and school environment. We described theories of motivation and we determined internal and external motives, dynamics and principles of motivation. The empirical part includes research made with help of questionnaire. We researched student´s attitudes and convictions and these informations were sources for hypothesis, processing and assessment.en
