dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je "Faktory prosperity malého podniku", pro tuto práci byl zvolen podnik DQ Centrum. Nejprve je rozveden pojem podnik, dále specifikace malých a rodinných podniků, jejich význam, výhody, nevýhody a různé právní formy podnikání. Dále je probrán pojem prosperita, jaké faktory jsou klíčové k úspěšnému podniku, jaké učinit kroky a jaké analýzy využít na cestě k prosperitě. Nechybí ani jak se dá na prosperitu nahlížet a jak ji hodnotit. Dále je již představený podnik DQ Centrum, působící v oboru školení defektoskopie. Následně jsou provedeny interní a externí analýzy. Po vyobrazení SWOT analýzy navazují navržená opatření a hodnocení prosperity podniku.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Factors of Small Business Prosperity". For this work, the company DQ Centrum was chosen. Firstly, the concept of a business is elaborated, followed by the specification of small and family businesses, their significance, advantages, disadvantages, and various legal forms of entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the concept of prosperity is discussed, including the key factors for a successful business, steps to take, and analyses to use on the path to prosperity. It also covers how prosperity can be viewed and evaluated. The company DQ Centrum, which operates in the field of defectoscopy training, is then introduced. Subsequently, internal and external analyses are conducted. After the SWOT analysis is presented, proposed measures and evaluations of the company's prosperity are discussed.	en
