dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na strategické řízení a plánování podniku. Tématem práce je Analýza výkonnosti strategického plánu organizace pro společnost DIOSS NÝŘANY a. s. Na začátku je představena společnost a její strategický plán, který sestává z určení poslání, vize a dlouhodobých cílů včetně strategie pro jejich dosažení. Následuje externí a interní analýza strategického záměru. Výsledky sestaveného finančního plánu jsou podkladem pro analýzu výkonnosti strategického záměru. Následuje hodnocení výkonnosti strategického plánu a určení dispozic pro implementaci strategického plánu. Poslední částí práce je identifikace a posouzení možných rizik ohrožujících naplnění strategického plánu společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis is focused on the strategic management in a company. The topic of the thesis is Performance analysis of the strategic plan of an organization for the company DIOSS NÝŘANY a. s. At the beginning the company and the strategic plan are presented. The strategic plan consists of the mission definition, the vision definition and long-term objectives of the company including strategy to achieve the objectives. External and internal analysis of the strategic plan follow. Results of the financial plan construction are the basis for the strategic plan efficiency analysis. Then the performance analysis of the strategic plan and evaluation of company's dispositions for the implementation of the strategic plan follows. The last part of the thesis is identification and consideration of possible risks endangering the realization of the strategic plan.en
