dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem práce bylo provést evaluaci osoby v roli asistenta pedagoga. Dále byly stanoveny dva dílčí cíle. Jedním z nich bylo analyzovat rizika, dilemata a přínosy s pojené s výkonem profese asistenta pedagoga. Druhým bylo porozumět pracovnímu vztahu asistenta pedagoga a pedagoga. První část diplomové práce se věnuje teoretickým východiskům. V této části byly nastíněny principy inkluzivního vzdělávání, legislativní vymezení profese asistenta pedagoga, rizika spojená s touto profesí a také spolupráce asistenta pedagoga s dalšími složkami výchovně vzdělávacího procesu. Výzkumnou metodou, pro dosažení cíle, byl zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor a dotazníková sonda. Výsledky výzkumného šetření vedly k doporučením, která mají zlepšit podmínky působení asistenta pedagoga.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main goal of the diploma thesis was to evaluate a person in the role of teacher's assistant. Two additional and specific goals were specified. The first is to pinpoint the benefits, risks and dilemmas associated with the profession of teacher's assistant. The second goal was to understand the professional relationship between teacher's assistant and teacher. The first part of the diploma thesis deals with the theoretical baseline. In this part, we introduced the inclusion and its principles, the legislative definition of the professor's assistant, the risks of this profession and the cooperation of the teacher's assistant with other components of the educational process. The research methods to achieve goal were selected structured interviews and questionnaire probes. Based on this research the recommendations were made. These recommendations should improve conditions by the teacher's assistant.en
