dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou možných přístupů v komunikaci vůči agresivnímu jedinci. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je první kapitola věnována vymezení pojmů komunikace a agrese a teoriím, které se problematikou zabývají. Druhá kapitola blíže charakterizuje agresivní komunikaci z hlediska neverbálního, paralingvistického a verbálního projevu včetně manipulací. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny přístupy, které je možné v rámci agresivní komunikace použít. Jedná se o asertivní, pasivní a agresivní přístup. Čtvrtou kapitolou je praktická část práce, založená na analýze doslovných přepisů čtyř telefonických rozhovorů zákazníků s operátory Zákaznické linky, s cílem vysledovat způsoby použité verbální agrese a následné reakce na ně. Analýza je provedena v souladu s principy zakotvené teorie, formou otevřeného a axiálního kódování.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor thesis is focused on the question of possible approaches to communication with aggressive individual. It consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part the first chapter is aimed to explain the definitions of terms communication and aggression and to follow up on theories that are related to these issues. In the second chapter we closely characterize the aggressive communication from the view of verbal, nonverbal, and paralinguistic language, manipulation included. The third chapter is focused on approaches that can be used when dealing with an aggressive communication. It covers assertive, passive and aggressive approach. The fourth chapter is the practical part of the thesis. It is based on the analysis of word-for-word transcription of four telephonic conversations. They are between customers and operators at the Customer care line. They show us the means of verbal aggression and the resulting reaction that is used by an operator. Analysis of those phone calls is made with an agreement of embedded theory principles in a form of open and axial coding.en
