dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení podnikatelského plánu společnosti Transformer s.r.o. a projektu na pořízení nového navíjecího stroje. Nejprve je představena společnost se svým ekonomickým vývojem a výrobním programem. Ve druhé kapitole je popsáno poslání, vize, cíle společnosti a strategie k dosažení cílů. Ve třetí kapitole je zpracována analýza externího a interního prostředí, jež obsahuje také finanční analýzu společnosti. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje projekt, jeho cíle a technické parametry stroje. V páté kapitole je sestaven finanční plán společnosti pro následujících šest let. Šestá kapitola je zaměřena na posouzení ekonomické návratnosti a efektivnosti projektu. V sedmé kapitole byly navrženy dvě možnosti splátkového kalendáře úvěru. Poslední osmá kapitola popisuje analýzu rizik pomocí dvou metod, a to expertního hodnocení a analýzy citlivosti, včetně doporučení opatření proti rizikům. Po závěrečném zhodnocení všech analýz byl projekt společnosti doporučen k realizaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the business plan of the Transformer s.r.o. and evaluation of the project of investment to the new toroidal winding machine. The company, its economic development and program of production is introduced first. Mission, vision, company´s targets and strategies, how to reach the set targets are described in Chapter Two. In the Chapter Three there is elaborated the external and internal environment analysis, which also includes financial analysis of the company. The project, its targets and technical parameters of the machine are described in Chapter Four. In Chapter Five there is formed the financial plan for the next six years. Chapter Six is focused on the evaluation of the economic return of investment and its effectiveness. In Chapter Seven two possibilities of the installment schedules have been proposed. Risk analysis is described in last Chapter Eight with using expert evaluation and sensitivity analysis, including recommendation of measure against the risks. The project has been recommended for implementation after final evaluation of all analysis.en
