dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářská práce je vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik. Cílem práce je analyzovat vlivy působící na společnost Red Bull Česká republika s.r.o. na úrovní makroprostředí, mezoprostředí a mikroprostředí, odhadnout budoucí vývoj a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení postavení podniku na trhu. V první části je teoreticky popsáno okolí podniku a použité analýzy. Druhá část je věnována představení podniku. Ve třetí části je nejprve popsán pomocí PEST analýzy vliv makroprostředí, pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil vliv mezoprostředí a za pomoci benchmarkingu je porovnáno mikroprostředí. Na základě získaných informací je sestavena SWOT analýza společnosti Red Bull Česká republika s.r.o. Čtvrtá část se zabývá zhodnocením výsledků a návrhy opatření.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this bachelor thesis isthe influence of surroundings on specific company. Theaimis to analyse the surrounding's influences that affect the company Red Bull Česká republika s r. o. on the level of macroenvironment, mezoenvironment and microenvironment, predict future development and propose measures to improve the position of the enterprise market. The first part is theoretically describing surroundings of company and applied analysis. The second part is dedicated to the presentation of the company. The third part is described the impact of macroenvironment using PEST analysis, mezoenvironment using Porter's five forces model and microenvironment using benchmarking.The SWOT analysis of the company Red Bull Českárepublika s.r.o. based on obtained information is assembled. The fourth part deals with the evaluation of the results and proposals for action.en
