dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na interní komunikaci na městském úřadě v Sokolově. Autorka již před zpracováním této práce měla povědomí o rezervách a nedostatcích v interní komunikaci a ráda využila příležitosti se tomuto tématu věnovat v rámci bakalářské práce. Práce je v první části zaměřena na základní charakteristiku komunikace obecně a na popis interní komunikace. Druhá část práce je kromě popisu organizace věnována výsledkům dotazníkového šetření, díky kterému autorka získala zpětnou vazbu o stavu interní komunikace v organizaci. V návrhové části autorka uvádí tři možná řešení vedoucí ke zlepšení stavu interní komunikace. V závěru práce je pak provedeno zhodnocení dosažení stanovených cílů a stručná rekapitulace poznatků z teoretické a praktické části bakalářské práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses on internal communication at the municipal office in Sokolov. Before writing this thesis the author was already aware of some of the reserves and shortcomings in internal communication and took the opportunity to explore this topic in her bachelor thesis. The first part of the thesis focuses on the basic characteristics of communication in general and on providing a description of internal communication. In addition to describing the organization, the second part of the thesis is devoted to the results of a questionnaire survey, which provided the author with feedback on the internal communication situation within the organization. In the proposal section, the author presents three possible solutions for improving internal communication. The thesis concludes with an assessment of the extent to which the designated objectives were achieved and briefly summarises the findings from the theoretical and practical parts of the bachelor thesis.en
