dc.description.abstractTato práce řeší logistické procesy ve vybrané výrobní společnosti působící v automobilovém průmyslu. Zvolené procesy byly detailně analyzovány a popsány pomocí metod a nástrojů používaných k analýzám a optimalizaci procesů. K tomu bylo mimo jiné využito analýzy hodového toku, analýzy informačních toků či měření parametrů jednotlivých procesů. Práce popisuje současný stav procesů ve firmě a částečně navrhuje možná optimalizační řešení. Vytvořené analýzy slouží k podpoře řízení, rozhodování a jako podklad pro současné i budoucí zlepšování procesů ve firmě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is describing a logistics processes in a production company in automotive industry. Selected processes were detailed analysed and described. As tools were used value and information stream analysis, or measuring of processes. Thesis is describing current situation in the company and gives proposals for some possible optimisations. Created analysis can be used as a support for management for decision making and are materials for improvements of the processes in the company.en
