dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá nemocenským pojištěním v České republice, které jako součást systému sociálního pojištění sestává ze čtyř dávek: nemocenského, peněžité pomoci v mateřství, ošetřovného a vyrovnávacího příspěvku v těhotenství a mateřství. Práce ale nepopisuje pouze samotné dávky, zabývá se zejména vlivem racionalizace výdajů a úsporných opatření, které přinesl rok 2012 (a roky předchozí) na státní rozpočet. Dále se zabývá fungováním systémů obdobných systému nemocenského pojištění ve vybraných státech Evropské unie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis discusses for the health insurance in the Czech Republic, which as a part of the social security system consists of four benefits: sickness benefit,financial support of maternity,support during nursing a family member and the last one is compensatory benefit during pregnancy and maternity. But thesis does not describe only the individual benefits, it describes mainly impact of rationalization of costs and saving measures, which came into force in 2012 (and in previous years) on the state budget. Thesis also discusses for systems like the health insurance in selected states of the European Union.en
