Kreativität und Aufgeschlossenheit

Abstract

Der Artikel stellt die Ergebnisse des Forschungsprojekts „Kreativität und Aufgeschlossenheit“ vor, das sich mit der Entwicklung von Kreativität bei Studenten der Pädagogischen Fakultät der Westböhmischen Universität in Pilsen, insbesondere im Bereich der Kunst- und Musikerziehung, befasst. Die Untersuchung zeigt, dass künftige Lehrer häufig stereotype Lehrmethoden anwenden und es daher wichtig ist, ihr flexibles Denken durch spielerische und experimentelle Aktivitäten zu fördern. In dieser Studie wird Kreativität als Schlüsselkompetenz künftiger Lehrer analysiert und ihre Entwicklung anhand empirischer Daten untersucht. Auf der Grundlage dieser Ergebnisse wurden methodische Materialien und E-Learning-Kurse entwickelt, um einen innovativen Ansatz für die Kunst- und Kulturerziehung zu unterstützen.

Článek představuje výsledky výzkumného projektu „Kreativität und Aufgeschlossenheit“ zaměřeného na rozvoj kreativity u studentů pedagogické fakulty Západočeské univerzity v Plzni, zejména v oblasti výtvarné a hudební výchovy. Výzkum ukazuje, že budoucí učitelé často používají stereotypní výukové metody, a proto je důležité podporovat jejich flexibilní myšlení prostřednictvím hravých a experimentálních aktivit. Studie analyzuje kreativitu jako klíčovou kompetenci budoucích pedagogů a zkoumá její rozvoj na základě empirických dat. Na základě těchto poznatků byly vytvořeny metodické materiály a e-learningové kurzy, které mají podpořit inovativní přístup ke vzdělávání v oblasti umění a kultury.

The article presents the results of the research project "Kreativität und Aufgeschlossenheit" focused on the development of creativity in students of the Faculty of Education of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, especially in the field of art and music education. The research shows that future teachers often use stereotypical teaching methods and therefore it is important to encourage their flexible thinking through playful and experimental activities. This study analyses creativity as a key competence of future teachers and examines its development based on empirical data. Based on these findings, methodological materials and e-learning courses have been developed to support an innovative approach to arts and culture education.
