dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku nedbalostních trestných činů proti životu a zdraví lidí. Hlavním cílem je vytvoření uceleného a logicky strukturovaného přehledu dané problematiky od historie, přes teoretické vymezení jednotlivých skutkových podstat, související judikaturu a srovnání s německou právní úpravou, až úvahy de lege ferenda.cs

The main aim is to create a comprehensive and logically structured overview of this topic from history, through the theoretical definitions of the body of a crime, related case law and comparison with German legislation, to considerations de lege ferenda.en
