dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská zpracovává téma strategické analýzy vybraného podniku. Zkoumaným podnikem je Česká spořitelna, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je charakterizováno téma strategické analýzy a jsou vymezeny pojmy, které s ní souvisí. V praktické části práce je nejprve představen podnik Česká spořitelna a dále je zpracována strategická analýza pomocí analýz jednotlivých okolí podniku, SWOT analýzy a SPACE analýzy. Pro analýzu makrookolí podniku je použita PEST analýza, pro analýzu mezookolí je použit Porterův model pěti sil. Mikrookolí podniku je zhodnoceno pomocí finanční analýzy, analýzy zdrojů a konkurenční výhody a analýzy marketingové. Na závěr jsou představeny návrhy vhodných doporučení, které mohou pomoci podniku v budoucím směřování a které jsou založeny na výsledcích jednotlivých analýz.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with the topic of strategic analysis of a selected company. The researched company is Česká spořitelna, a.s. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part characterizes the topic of strategic analysis and defines the concepts related to it. In the practical part of the work, the company Česká spořitelna is first introduced and then a strategic analysis is processed by analyzing the individual surroundings of the company, SWOT analysis and SPACE analysis. PEST analysis is used for the analysis of the company's macro-environment, and Porter's five-force model is used for the analysis of the meso-environment. The company's micro-environment is evaluated through financial analysis, resource analysis and competitive advantage and marketing analysis. Finally, proposals for appropriate recommendations that can help the company in its future direction, and which are based on the results of individual analyzes are presented.en
