dc.description.abstractObsahem této práce je analýza jednotlivých vlivů okolí působících na podnik pomocí zvolených metod. Cílem je stručně definovat základní pojmy, provést analýzu jednotlivých okolí a zhodnotit vlivy, které působí na podnik a ovlivňují jeho podnikatelskou činnost. První část práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům a pohledům na okolí podniku a definicím faktorů, které zde působí. Druhou částí práce je část praktická, v rámci které je nejdříve představen analyzovaný podnik. Analýza makrookolí je provedena pomocí PEST analýzy, která zkoumá vliv konkrétních faktorů na podnik. Pro analýzu mezookolí je využit Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil, pro zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb v okolí podniku je využita SWOT analýza. Na základě výsledků zjištěných z těchto analýz jsou navržena opatření, která by přispěla ke zlepšení pozice společnosti na trhu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe content of this bachelor thesis is to analyse particular effects of surroundings on the company using the selected methods. The aim is to give a brief definition of basic concepts to analyse particular surroundings and evaluate the influencing factors which affect the company and have an influence on its business activity. The first part of this thesis focuses on the theoretical findings and perspectives of the surroundings of the company and on the definitions of the influencing factors. The second part of this thesis is practical. Firstly, it introduces the analyzed company. Then the PEST analysis is used for analysing the macro environment. It investigates the influences of specific factors on the company. On the other hand, the Porter´s model of five competitive forces is used for analysing the mezo environment. Moreover, the SWOT analysis is used for evaluating the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Based on the results of these analyses are proposed recommendations which should contribute to improvement of the market position of the company.en
