dc.description.abstract | Nanoprášky ZnO codopované Al a Cd boli syntetizované termálnou decomposíciou a boli charakterizované za pomoci XRD. Namerané optické vlastnosti poukazujú na band gap o velkosti 3.23-3.12eV. Hydrogenáciou ZnO sme boli schopný stabilizovať magntickú fázu čo bolo aj potvrdené DFT výpočtami. | cs |
