dc.description.abstractCílem práce je analyzovat současnou výkonnost podniku PPG Deco Czech a.s., která je největším prodejcem nátěrových hmot v České republice. V první části je představena společnost, dále je provedena finanční analýza a na jejím základě jsou zformulována strategická východiska. Následuje interní a externí analýza společnosti a na jejím základě je zformulován střednědobý strategický plán pro období 2017-2019. V další části je vyhodnocena výkonnost plánu, jsou identifikována rizika a je provedena jejich analýza, na kterou navazuje tvorba strategických scénářů a strategická analýza. Práce je ukončena závěrečným hodnocením.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of presented diploma thesis is to analyse the performance of PPG Deco Czech a.s., which is the biggest retailer of coating material in Czech Republic. The company is introduced in the first part of this thesis, next part includes financial analysis which is the basis for strategic start points formulation. Following part includes Internal and External Analyses of the company that leads to the medium-term plan creation for the period of 2017-2019. The thesis continues with performance analyses of the plan and risks identification and analysis which is followed by the creation of strategic scenarios and strategic analysis. The diploma thesis is ended by the final evaluation.en
