dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu podnikových informačních systémů ve vztahu k digitalizaci. Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení adaptability účetních informačních systémů a jejich uživatelů vzhledem k současné digitální transformaci. Dále má tato práce za cíl prozkoumat postoj účetních pracovníků k digitalizaci účetnictví obecně. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol. Představena je zde podrobněji digitalizace podnikatelského prostředí spolu se vznikajícími přínosy a riziky. Zasazena je zde role a význam informačních systémů v obecném pojetí. Je zde charakterizována situace v oblasti digitalizace účetnictví a účetních informačních systémů, které jsou jejími podstatnými nositeli a mají svá specifika. Tyto kapitoly jsou zpracovány formou literární rešerše. Praktická část, kapitola čtvrtá se snaží prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření dosáhnout cílů stanovených pro tuto práci. V rámci výzkumných závěrů jsou zde shrnuty získané poznatky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of enterprise information systems in relation to digitalization. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the adaptability of accounting information systems and their users in the context of current digital transformation. Furthermore, this thesis aims to explore the attitudes of accounting professionals towards the digitalization of accounting in general. The theoretical part consists of three sections. It provides a detailed introduction to the digitalization of the business environment along with emerging benefits and risks. The role and significance of information systems in a general context are outlined. The situation regarding the digitalization of accounting and accounting information systems, which are significant carriers of this process and have their specific characteristics, is characterized. These chapters are processed in the form of a literature review. The practical part, the fourth chapter, attempts to achieve the goals set for this thesis through a questionnaire survey. The research findings are summarized in the research conclusions section.en
