dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je analýza výkonnosti podnikatelského plánu konkrétní organizace. Práce byla vypracována ve společnosti Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o., která se zaměřuje na výrobu parních turbín. V první části je představena společnost a provedena analýza prostředí. Poté je stanoven strategický plán společnosti a definovány strategické cíle. Následuje sestavení finančního plánu. Dále je provedena analýza rizik, sestaveny strategické scénáře a jsou parametrizovány cíle společnosti. V poslední části je provedena a vyhodnocena analýza výkonnosti finančního plánu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this graduation thesis is Performance Analysisof a Business Plan of a chosen company. The thesis was performed on the company Doosan Skoda Power s.r.o. which is focused on the production of steam turbines. In the opening chapter of the thesis the company is introduced and the environmental analysis is performed. Then the strategic plan of company is determined and the strategic objectives defined, followed by the financial plan building. Then the risk analys is performed, strategic scenarios built and the company objectives are parameterized. The last part of the thesis focuses on the execution and evaluation of the financial plan performance.en
