dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je řízení o rozvod manželství. V první části tato diplomová práce pojednává obecně o řízení o rozvod manželství, obsahuje základní pojmy, procesní subjekty, konkrétně účastníky řízení a hmotněprávní úpravu rozvodu manželství. Práce také obsahuje informace o samotném průběhu řízení o rozvod manželství, zejména návrh na zahájení řízení, jednání a dokazování. V neposlední řadě se práce zabývá právní úpravou řízení o rozvod manželství na Slovensku. Závěrem práce jsou úvahy nad právní úpravou řízení o rozvod manželství de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is divorce proceedings. The first part of the thesis provides a general overview of divorce proceedings, specifically including fundamental concepts, procedural subjects, particularly the parties to the proceedings and the substantive legal framework governing divorce. The thesis also contains information about the course of the divorce proceedings themselves, such as the petition to initiate the proceedings, hearings, and the taking of evidence. Last but not least, the thesis addresses the legal regulation of divorce proceedings in Slovakia. The conclusion of the thesis presents reflections on the legal regulation of divorce proceedings de lege ferenda.en
