dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je Vliv okolí na konkrétní podnik. Cílem práce je analýza externího i interního prostředí zvolené organizace Techmania Science Center o. p s. a navrhnutí možných opatření, která by pomohla s budoucím vývojem podniku. V prvních třech kapitolách jsou teoreticky vymezeny základní pojmy. Nejprve je vysvětleno, co je to podnik, jeho cíle a poslání a neziskový sektor. Dále je vysvětlen pojem okolí podniku, jeho části a všechny analýzy, které jsou v práci využity. Jedná se o PEST analýzu, Porterovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil, finanční analýzu a také SWOT analýzu. Čtvrtá kapitola je začátkem praktické části práce, kde je nejprve charakterizována vybraná organizace a v následujících kapitolách jsou provedeny veškeré výše zmíněné analýzy okolí podniku. Na základě těchto analýz jsou na závěr navrhnuta opatření, která by mohla být pro podnik užitečná v rámci budoucího vývoje a kvality jeho služeb.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this bachelor's thesis is The Influence of the Environment on a Specific Company. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the external and internal environment of the chosen organization Techmania Science Center o. p. s. and to propose possible measures that would help with the future development of the company. In the first three chapters, basic terms are theoretically defined. First, it explains what the company is, its goals and mission, and the non-profit sector. Next, the concept of the company's surroundings, its parts and all the analyses used in the work are explained. These are PEST analysis, Porter's five competitive forces analysis, financial analysis and also SWOT analysis. The fourth chapter is the beginning of the practical part of the work, where the selected organization is first characterized, and in the following chapters all the above-mentioned analyses of the company's environment are performed. Based on these analyses, measures are proposed at the end that could be useful for the company in terms of future development and quality of its services.en
