dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o zvyšování výkonnosti dané stavební společnosti. V rámci zvyšování výkonnosti společnosti byla stanovena její střednědobá vize, cíle a strategie vedoucí k naplnění těchto cílů. Dále byl vytvořen finanční plán, který byl vystaven dopadům reálných rizik na společnost, díky čemuž vznikly tři strategické scénáře (optimistický, pesimistický a nejpravděpodobnější). Tyto scénáře pak byly podrobeny finanční a hodnotové analýze, které ukázaly, že při realizaci některých scénářů nebude dosaženo určitých stanovených cílů firmy. V závěru práce jsou upraveny postupy společnosti tak, aby těchto cílů bylo dosaženo při realizaci všech scénářů a tím pádem došlo i k plánovanému zvýšení výkonnosti firmy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with improving the performance of the concrete construction company. Medium-term vision, goals and strategies leading to achieve these goals were established to increase the performance of the company . Further, a financial plan was made, which was exposed to the impacts of real risks to the company, this made three strategic scenarios (optimistic, pessimistic and likeliest). These scenarios were then subjected to financial and value analysis, which showed that the realization of some scenarios will not lead to achieve specific objectives of the company. In the conclusion of the thesis the practices of the company are regulated so that these objectives will be achieved in the case of realization of all scenarios and thus will be achieved of the planned increase business performance.en
