| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce bylo vytvoření metodiky založení a provozu spolku v České republice pro všeobecné využití. V teoretické části je charakteristika spolku, určení jeho celospolečenského významu a popis historického vývoje, deskripce právních předpisů souvisejících se založením a provozem spolku primárně v oblasti účetnictví, daní a financování. Praktická část práce je věnována analýze daňových, účetních a finančních aspektů pomocí praktických příkladů, tzv. Best practices, které jsou ukázány na sportovních spolcích v Plzeňském kraji. | cs |
