Abstract
Rozhodčí soud pro sport je „tribunálem založeným zákonem“ ve smyslu čl. 6 odst. 1 Úmluvy a způsob jmenování rozhodců tohoto soudu odpovídá požadavkům Úmluvy.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport is a "tribunal established by law" within the meaning of Article 6(1) of the Convention and the method of appointment of the arbitrators of this Court complies with the requirements of the Convention.
