dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je charakterizovat změny, které novela zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně přinesla, zjistit, jaké mají názory pracovníci zabývající se péčí o ohrožené děti na změny, které novela přinesla, a jaké zkušenosti měli, případně získali díky této novele. V praktické části práce jsou analyzovány dokumenty (novela ZSPOD a vyhláška k ZSPOD) a zjišťovány názory a zkušenosti pracovníků zabývajících se péčí o ohrožené děti na Tachovsku. Data autorka získala prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky Orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, pracovníků Centra podpory rodiny a pracovníků dětského domova v Tachově.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the work is characterize the changes that the amendment about law social and law protection brought and to find out opinions of the workers who have been engaged in a care of endangered children: which changes has the amendment brought, and which experience have they got thanks to this amendment. In the practical part of the work are found out opinions and experience of the workers who have been engaged in a care of the endangered children in Tachov's region. The authoress has got data by means of half-structural dialogues with the workers of The authority of social and law protection of the children, with the workers of The centre of family support and with the workers of Children's home in Tachov.en
