dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce nesoucí název Business plan d'une agence web se zabývá přeměnou webové ne-agentury tvořenou nezávislými podnikateli na společnost s ručením omezeným. Práce nebyla tvořena z ekonomického hlediska, tudíž je srozumitelná pro širší skupinu lidí. Analyzovali jsme jednotlivé právní formy podnikání v České republice, stanovili jsme si požadavky skupiny a na základě těchto informací jsme zvolili nejvhodnější formu podnikání - společnost s ručením omezným. Následně jsme vytovřili plán, sepsali kroky pro založení takové společnosti a poskytli tak všechny potřebné informace pro naší skupinu podnikatelů. Hlavním výsledkem této práce je srozumitelný návod pro kohokoliv, kdo se vyskytne v podobné situaci.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis entitled Business plan d'une agence web deals with the transformation of a web non-agency formed by independent entrepreneurs into a company with limited liability. The work was not created from an economic point of view, so it is understandable to the general public. We analyzed the individual legal forms of business in the Czech Republic, determined the requirements of the group, and based on this information, we chose the most appropriate form of business - a limited liability company. Subsequently, we created a plan, wrote steps for the establishment of such a company, and thus provided all the necessary information for our group of entrepreneurs. The main result of this work is a clear guide for anyone who happens to find himself in a similar situation.en
