dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce prezentuje uplatnění metod projektového řízení na projektu dodávky turbíny společností Doosan Škoda Power s.r.o. do jedné z provozoven podniku Slovnaft a.s. V práci jsou nejprve uvedeny teoretické poznatky zkoumané problematiky, které jsou v dalších částech aplikovány na případ projektu dodávky turbíny. Hlavními částmi práce je rozbor jednotlivých plánů realizace projektu, analýza rizik projektu a následné zhodnocení jednotlivých plánů projektu při jeho realizaci. Ke zhodnocení průběhu projektu je využit koncept tzv. vytvořené hodnoty. Závěry z této analýzy jsou následně dávány do porovnání se skutečností.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis incorporates various methods of project management applications based on the turbine delivery and assembly system currently utilized by Doosan Skoda Power s.r.o. The first part of this thesis will explain the theoretical concepts that are applicable to a turbine delivery analysis. The subsequent parts of this thesis will explain how the theoretical concepts are applied to a strategic analysis of the overall turbine delivery system. The main analysis will include a project realization schedule, budget, risk analysis, and a thorough evaluation of the project plans within the realization schedule. In order to successfully evaluate the progress of this project, the earned value management method will be employed. The conclusions of this analysis will be compared with proven factual information of the progressionaladvancements of a strategic project.en
