| dc.description.abstract | Tématem diplomové práce je: "Požární sport a možnosti rozvoje pohybových schopností ve vybrané závodní disciplíně". Ve své diplomové práci se zaměřuji zejména na rozvoj kondičních motorických schopností u vybraného závodníka a vytvoření individuálního intervenčního programu. Cílem diplomové práce je představení požárního sportu a analýza motorických schopností, které se zejména uplatňují v disciplíně běh na 100 m s překážkami. Dále budu zjišťovat, zda měl intervenční program vliv na testovanou osobu. V teoretické části uvádím charakteristiku požárního sportu, dále se věnuji srovnání historie u nás a ve světě, organizační struktuře hasičů, tj. hasičský záchranný sbor, dobrovolní hasiči, V další části požární sport rozděluji do kategorií: mladí hasiči, ženy a muži. Rozepisuji věkové kategorie mladých hasičů a vypisuji jednotlivé soutěže v této skupině. Kategorii mužů a žen popisuji dohromady a také se věnuji jednotlivým disciplínám. Podrobněji se zde zabývám disciplínou běh na 100 m s překážkami. V neposlední řadě se věnuji charakteristice a dělení pohybových schopností a faktory, které ovlivňují tréninkový proces. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou výzkumného souboru, metodikou testování, metodami získávání údajů, metodami hodnocení, předkládá výsledné tabulky a zásobník pohybové intervence. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The present thesis entitled "Fire-fighting sport and a potential for development of physical abilities in a selected competition event" focuses primarily on the development of fitness and motor skills in a representative contestant and endeavours to establish an individual physical exercise intervention programme. The purpose of this thesis is to present the fire-fighting sport and to analyse motor skills which are used primarily in an 100m obstacle race. The thesis further seeks to assess the effects, if any, of the proposed intervention programme on the subject of testing. In its theoretical part the thesis introduces an overview of general characteristics of the fire-fighting sport, a comparison of its historical development both in the Czech Republic and world-wide and a description of the firefighters' organisational structure (i.e. fire and rescue service, volunteer fire brigades). The subsequent section deals with selected three individual categories in this sport: young fire-fighters, adult women and men. The young fire-fighters' group is then divided into age-related sub-categories and the respective sporting competition events for this group are described. A combined description of the two remaining categories as well as their sporting events follows. One of the completion events 100m obstacle race is dealt then with in a greater detail. Last but not least motor skills are characterised and classified and factors influencing the training are presented. In the practical part of the thesis the group subjected to the conducted research is characterised and the testing methodology and methods of data acquisition and evaluation explained. The results of the study are presented in tables together with a battery of physical exercises for an intervention programme. | en |
