| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá relativně novým ochranným opatřením v českém trestním právu, zabezpečovací detencí. Zabezpečovací detence může být ukládána soudy od 1. ledna 2009, tedy od doby kdy nabyl účinnosti zákon o výkonu zabezpečovací detence. O ochranných opatřeních práce pojednává jen stručně, blíže se věnuje pouze zabezpečovací detenci. V práci se zaměřuji na historický vývoj, rozbor zákona o výkonu zabezpečovací detence a s ním souvisejících změn v platné právní úpravě a poukazuji na některé problémové oblasti. V závěrečné části se práce věnuje porovnání s platnou právní úpravou detence na Slovensku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis deals with the new protective measure in Czech criminal law - security detention. Courts in the Czech Republic have been able to impose this on offenders since January 2009. In this work I deal with protective measures, but only generally. Attention is made more only to the institute of security detention. This work describes historical development and includes analysis of the act that contains rules of security detention and its execution. In one part I deals with problems, which this Institute contain. At the end, in the final sectino, is a comparison with the applicable legislation relating to detention in Slovakia. | en |
