Truchlení osob s mentálním postižením: Fenomén smrti, proces truchlení a mentální postižení

Abstract

Předkládaný příspěvek za zabývá tématem truchlení osob s mentálním postižením. Výzkumný tým zde prezentuje výstupy kvantitativně-kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl za finanční podpory GAUK realizován v letech 2018-2020 a jehož cílem bylo 1. porozumět truchlení osob s mentálním postižením, 2. navrhnout a popsat vhodné způsoby podpory procesu truchlení osob s mentálním postižením, s důrazem na podpůrné skupiny, 3. zjistit, jaký vliv má na proces truchlení účast na podpůrné skupině pro truchlící osoby s mentálním postižením, 4. zjistit míru připravenosti pracovníků domovů pro osoby se zdravotním a postižením a chráněného bydlení na podporu truchlících uživatelů s mentálním postižením, zjistit, jak vnímají oblast truchlení osob s mentálním postižením, popsat profil pracovníků a profil organizací zapojených do námi realizovaného výzkumu.

The presented paper deals with the topic of grieving in people with intellectual disabilities. The authors present the results of quantitative-qualitative research, which was carried out in years 2018-2020 and whose goal was 1. to understand the grieving in people with intellectual disabilities, 2. measure the effect of the participation in the support group for mourners with intellectual disabilities on their grieving process, 3. to find out the level of readiness of workers of homes for people with disabilities and sheltered housing to support grieving users with intellectual disabilities, to find out how they perceive the area of grieving in people with intellectual disabilities, to describe the profile of workers and the profile of organizations involved in research.
