| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce na téma "Ekonomické posouzení přínosů motivačního programu v podniku" pojednává o motivaci zaměstnanců a motivačním programu firmy BOS Automotive Products CZ, s. r. o. Cílem předložené bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit, jak jsou zaměstnanci ve firmě motivovaní a jak k této motivaci přispívá motivační program společnosti, případně navrhnout opatření pro posílení motivace zaměstnanců a následně posoudit ekonomickou efektivnost návrhu. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy, vztahující se k tématu bakalářské práce. Druhá kapitola stručně shrnuje údaje o firmě. Třetí kapitola teoreticky popisuje stávající motivační program organizace a následující kapitoly na motivační program navazují. V práci je prováděno dotazníkové šetření, na jehož základě jsou vyvozeny výsledky a navržena opatření pro posílení motivace zaměstnanců. Pro jednotlivá opatření jsou následně vypočítány náklady, které jsou v závěrečné části ekonomicky zhodnoceny. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis "Economic assessment of benefits in a company motivational program" deals with employees motivation and motivational programme in BOS Automotive Products CZ, s. r. o. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate how the employees are motivated in the company and how motivation programme contributes to the motivation in the company, in case of need to propose suitable tools for motivation reinforcement and to assess the economic efficiency of the proposal. The first chapter defines the basic notions related to the theme of this thesis. The second chapter briefly summarizes basic facts about the company. The third chapter describes current motivational programme of the company. The subsequent chapters refer to the motivational programme and they elaborate the topic further. There was a survey provided in this work. It served as the resource for conclusions and results. On the basis of these results I proposed convenient measures for employees motivation reinforcement. I calculated costs for each measure, these are evaluated from the economic point of view in the final part of this work. | en |
