dc.description.abstractPředkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem měkkých dovedností na práci manažera. První část bakalářské práce je teoretickým úvodem do dané problematiky. V této části jsou popsány pojmy týkající se dovedností manažera a jsou zde vysvětleny vlivy měkkých dovedností a dopady jejich zanedbávání při jeho práci. Poznatků teoretické části je je dále využito pro část praktickou. Praktická část se zabývá vymezením základních hodnot práce manažera ve společnosti OVB Allfinanz, a. s. a zkoumá, jak měkké dovednosti ovlivňují dodržování těchto hodnot. Výstupem je navržení vzdělávacího programu měkkých dovedností pro manažery OVB Allfinanz, a. s., po jehož absolvování budou tito manažeři ovládat všechny měkké dovednosti, které jsou nezbytné pro vykonávání jejich práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present bachelor thesis deals with the influence of soft skills to manager job.The first part of this thesis is a theoretical introduction to the issue.In this part are described concepts relating to managerial skills and explains the influences of soft skills and the effects of neglect in their work.Findings from theoretical part are used for practical part.The practical part deals with defining basic values of manager job at OVB Allfinanz, a.s. and explores how soft skills affect compliance with these values.The output is the creating soft skills training program for managers of OVB Allfinanz, a.s., after the graduating managers will be able to use all soft skills, which are necessary for performing of their job.en
