| dc.description.abstract | Projekt č. 18/22/PPZ „Zvyšování informovanosti neformálních pečujících o osoby s chronickým onemocněním“, který byl realizován za finanční podpory Ministerstva zdravotnictví ČR, se věnoval zvýšení informovanosti neformálních pečujících o osoby s chronickým onemocněním, a to poskytnutím edukačních podkladů a relevantních informací, které byly zaměřeny nejen na sekundární a terciární prevenci, ale také na bezpečnou péči v domácím prostředí. Konferenční příspěvek seznamuje účastníky s obsahem kurzu a výsledky evaluačních výstupů a s edukačními materiály. | cs |
