| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o stvoření světa v rámci náboženských představ starověkých Egypťanů a Mayů. Nastiňuje nejvýznamnější kosmogonické mýty obou kultur a přibližuje jejich možný vznik. Uvádí historické události a přírodní podmínky, které souvisejí s náboženstvím a kosmogoniemi obou civilizací. První dvě části vypovídají o kultuře a náboženských představách starověkých Egypťanů a Mayů. Přibližují také podmínky, které daly vzniknout mýtům o stvoření světa. Třetí poměrně kratší část je srovnáním důležitých motivů v rámci kosmogonií obou již zmíněných kultur a v neposlední řadě také vyzdvižením podobností s křesťansko-židovskou tradicí. Vzájemné podobnosti, které nalézáme v kosmogoniích obou civilizací, jsou dokladem toho, že některé motivy, byly v podvědomí předků zakotveny více než jiné. Lze předpokládat, že i když se jejich geografické podmínky lišily, stále existovala témata platná jak pro Afriku, tak Jižní Ameriku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor's thesis deals with creation of world in religious concepts of Ancient Egyptians and Mayas. It summarizes the most important cosmological myths of both cultures and details their potential sources. It offers and overview of historical events and natural conditions connected with religion and cosmologies of both civilizations. The first two chapters provide basic information on culture and religious ideas of Ancient Egyptians and Mayas. They also provide details on conditions being source of myths on creation of the world. The third a bit shorter chapter compares significant motifs present in both above mentioned cultures and, last but not least, also mentioning similarities with Christian-Jewish tradition. We can find similarities in cosmologies of both civilizations proving that some motifs tended to be more rooted in subconscious minds of our ancestors than others. We can assume that nonetheless differences or their geographical conditions there were still themes proved valid for either Africa or Southern America. | en |
